Durham & Taylor Supply Co was formed by Lum Durham in 1956 in Alpharetta, Georgia as the Atlanta Metro area was indeed becoming one of the fastest growing areas in our country.

By 1957, Lum brought on his partner Edward V. Taylor Sr., giving the company the name it holds to present day.

The company was purchased in the mid 1970’s by family members Ray Durham, Bill Durham, and Donald Durham. It was during their ownership that Durham & Taylor Supply Co. moved to its current location in Cumming, Georgia.

As a well run business with a name people trusted in, Durham & Taylor was bought in 2021 by Jeremy Denton, a Georgia native and respected colleague of the Durhams.

The company continues, as it began, to uphold the values and integrity that a successful business should.
